Why can I browse the catalogue but not play any films?

Anyone can access the service but you’ll only be able to watch films if you’re connected to the Wi-Fi at one of the Yugo sites included in this trial and you are not using a VPN or other tool that hides or changes your IP, for example; Apple's 'Private Relay'. Please check you are connected to one of these networks, not using a VPN (or equivalent) and try again.

How can I watch a film in a different language?

This service includes a wide range of audio and subtitle languages which you can choose from the three-dots menu in the bottom right of the player. Languages vary by title and are updated as new ones are made available by studios.

Why can’t I see which films I’ve already watched, or started?

As this service is available to anyone on the Yugo network without sign-in no information about individual users is stored on the system, this includes what films you have watched in full, or started then paused and left.

Can I use this service directly on my smart TV?

No, while some smart TVs can open websites and browse to the catalogue smart TVs are not supported for streaming movies directly but can be connected to your device via an HDMI lead.

Why has my session timed out?

If the browser you’re using to stream your film is minimized / left open in the background or the movie is paused for too long the security in place will end your session. Refreshing the page will create a new session and you’ll be able to start streaming your film again.

What device can I use for this service?

Access to the service and playback of films is supported on personal devices including most modern phones, tablets and computers. You can output to a monitor, TV or projector via HDMI cable for a more immersive experience.

Can I cast or mirror the movies to my TV?

No, for security reasons casting or mirroring are not supported. To watch on a larger screen you can connect via HDMI cable.
